We purchased a spec home that was halfway built and made a few changes to the plan that would accomadate our family better. John and his team were responsive, meticulous and hard working. We never felt pressured to into making decisions that were easier or cheaper for the builder but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that were right for us. The team has gone above and beyond with giving guidance, answering questions, and just making the building process stress free and exciting. The quality of home that GDB builds is exceptional.

We absolutely loved working with the GCB team. John was intimately involved in the process from conception to completion. He really listened to what we wanted and made our vision come true. Enough can’t be said about his creativity and ability to brainstorm ideas with us to design pieces of the home that were unique to us. Great experience, great quality and great people. We completed our custom home build with GCB about 18 months ago and absolutely love our home. It was very fulfilling working with John and his team to build our dream home.
